Jonathan Hope
The content of my work lies somewhat paradoxically in its absence or lack of subject. Instead, it is my intention to make works that create an operating context that functions in place of an unsatisfying meaning. With this in mind, it seems only appropriate to use paint, glossy and colour saturated, that helps to exaggerate the other elements of the object, such as style and form, a visual hyperbole.
